Coaching

 

Coaching can help you identify goals that are aligned with your values.

 

These goals are then formulated in such a way so that you can increase the chance of achieving them and finding the best path to do so. Coaching uses evidence-based strategies to support you and your journey.

 

These goals may be relevant to your:

  • Work

  • Career

  • Personal relationships

  • General life goals

What to expect from coaching...​

​

The work may be about enhancing skills, performance or capability. ​Coaching is different to counselling - your coach will act as a facilitator, and you will work through the process. You will write down your goals and plans, and have additional work to do between sessions so that you can move towards the goals you have set. Your coach will help with providing an understanding of change and the factors that impact this, including insight into your motivation, ways to implement or maintain new behaviour and how to create accountability.​

 

All coaching sessions are 55 minutes. After hour and weekend sessions are available.
