I am a psychologist based at our St Leonards practice, bringing 25 years of experience to my work with clients. I specialise in relationship counselling and enjoy helping couples and families improve communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills. While I initially focused on individual therapy, I discovered the transformative power of strong, supportive relationships in healing emotional wounds and fostering personal growth. I also work with individuals and couples on a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, stress, career challenges, and life transitions.
