Weekly meditation classes, with a psychological focus

St Leonards | 1.5 Hours | 6:30pm |Wednesdays

Are you ready to slow down, reconnect, and gain clarity?

Join us on Sydney's North Shore for a weekly meditation class designed to explore the mind, release emotional baggage, and gently guide you back to your centre. These ongoing classes are about more than mindfulness and meditation - they are designed to help you take a more integrative approach to life.

Each weekly class blends guided meditation with key topics, each chosen to address differing areas of life -  how we think, feel, and live.

Whether you're new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your existing practice, these meditation classes offer practical tools drawn from both evidence-based psychological insights and timeless meditative practices.

Uncovering limiting self beliefs
Why does this keep happening to me?

Limiting self beliefs are the lens through which we view the world. They live in our subconscious so we have no conscious access to them. They drive our behaviours and we often have no idea what our specific limiting beliefs are. This week we will talk about how to start uncovering them, bringing them from the shadows into the light, and thus nullifying their negativity, allowing us to change. â€‹

The power of being mindful
Where is your attention?

We often live with our attention stretched spatially way outside ourselves. We can compound this problem with another dimension - being time, and the problems that living in the past or future create. This week we will talk about coming home to ourselves, connecting to our inner wisdom which is in ‘here’ not out ‘there, and bringing ourselves into present time. The point of power is in the present moment.

Letting go, forgiveness and acceptance
Why is moving on so difficult?

When we hold on to something that has hurt us from the past, we anchor our energy in the past. To live a vital life, we really need access to all our energy right now – without that, we feel more and more tired and we are less able to manifest or create the lives we want. This week we will talk about how letting go and forgiveness, are both other terms for acceptance, and it’s not about giving up but giving ourselves peace and freedom.

Working on your life purpose
Does it have to be such a big deal?

When we think about life purpose we think it must be momentous, and that it’s something we have to work hard to understand. We don’t want to get it wrong, so we often live without one. This week we will talk about the importance of living a life of meaning – and that very meaning can be a simple one. We will look at ways to find that meaning based on clues from our own lives.
