To avoid cancellation fees, please ensure you provide a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the appointment you are cancelling.

 

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment fee.

 

Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment and non-attended appointments incur the full session fee (100% fee).

 

Please note that Medicare rebates are not applicable for cancellation fees/non-attended appointments.
