A Bit About Me
At the heart of my work is a simple philosophy: human first, psychologist second. I deeply respect the courage it takes to step into therapy and am committed to creating a space where clients feel safe, understood, and valued. I approach each person with warmth, authenticity, and genuine curiosity about their unique experiences.

I work with individuals facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns. My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy. I also have a strong interest in helping people develop effective interpersonal and communication skills, as I believe healthy relationships are central to emotional well-being.
Above all, I am passionate about helping people cultivate self-awareness and resilience. I see therapy not just as a way to relieve symptoms, but as a process to empower individuals to understand themselves more deeply, navigate life’s complexities with confidence, and ultimately become their own best source of support.
