With over forty years of personal meditation practice and deep exploration of spiritual and self-awareness traditions, I bring a warm, practical, and grounded approach to inner growth. I have a natural ability to draw together insights from many different sources and present them in a clear, accessible way, helping people understand themselves without judgement or pressure.

My classes are shaped by compassion, lived experience, and a deep sensitivity to the unseen emotional and spiritual layers that influence daily life. Each session includes a gentle talk and a guided meditation, focused on developing acceptance, emotional balance, and a kinder relationship with oneself.

 

My approach is down-to-earth and easy to apply, offering tools that support real, lasting change. I aim to create relaxed and supportive classes that are welcoming to anyone seeking greater calm, clarity, and connection in their life.
