A Bit About Me
I am a Provisional Psychologist with over 25 years’ experience working with children, adolescents, and families across education and community settings. I hold a Master of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Aboriginal Studies, and I am currently completing a Master of Clinical Psychology.

I have worked across childcare and public school settings, including operating my own childcare centres and implementing sustainability-based programs that support children’s development, resilience, and connection to self, family, and community. This extensive background has provided me with a strong developmental psychology perspective and a practical understanding of the challenges faced by children, young people, and their families.

I work with children, adolescents, and young adults presenting with anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, adjustment concerns, and behavioural challenges. I also have training in working with ADHD, conduct-related concerns, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), mood disorders, and substance use presentations using Motivational Interviewing.
I am committed to evidence-based practice and primarily utilise Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), including advanced CBT approaches, while integrating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness-based strategies where appropriate. I am also Gottman Level 1 trained and have a developing interest in supporting couples and relationship therapy, with a particular focus on strengthening communication, fostering healthy relationships, and helping couples navigate life transitions.

I am trained in psychometric assessment, including the WISC, WAIS, WIAT, and ADHD assessment processes.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-focused, with an emphasis on practical skill development, values-based change, and empowering clients to build meaningful and lasting wellbeing.
